Notino is a very good place to shop discounted fragrances. Every purchase deliver on time safe and secure will never stop using them.

I purchased a brand new Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de L'Homme Le Parfum fragrance on sale (not special offer). It came unwrapped, opened and with white ugly stickers all over the packaging. And the actual bottle had ‘LOVE YOU, BETRANE’ engraved on it … To make things better, they came used. It only took me one pump to get it to spray, where usually a brand new fragrance needs a few pumps for the liquid to come out. So, I reached out to their customer service team to find that the best they can do is give me a £5 Notino voucher?? Hideous! MISLEADING, don’t waste your time on them, after a while they stop replying to your emails anyways. At the close of fighting for my right, in the end I didn’t even get their initial compensation in the form of a £5 voucher..

I have received a package with 5pcs instead of 7 pcs (Wilkinson Sword Extra 2 Beauty One Time Razor For Women 7 pc).

Delivery times could be better but otherwise.. nothing bad to say.
